Zachary Chinea
Zach was a Missouri law enforcement officer from 2013 to 2025 and trained hundreds of recruits as a law enforcement academy instructor and field training officer. As an academy instructor, he was focused primarily on Missouri statutory law, use of force justification, firearms use, defensive tactics, report writing, and practical scenario exercises. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and his MS in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University. It is Zach's goal to continue serving law enforcement officers with their Continuing Law Enforcement Education (CLEE) training needs as well as members of the Missouri community.
Paulina Chinea
Paulina has been a Missouri law enforcement officer since 2016 and trained hundreds of recruits as a law enforcement academy instructor. As an academy instructor she was focused primarily on the development of scenario-based training, firearms, defensive tactics, and constitutional law. As a law enforcement officer Paulina trained and served as a field training officer, and attended criminal investigations, first line supervisor, and executive protection courses with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Paulina’s shooting skills don’t stop with firearms; she is also our resident action photographer.
Eric Moss
Eric Moss is a 22-year law enforcement veteran with extensive experience across multiple disciplines. Eric has served in many roles, including as a field training officer, patrol supervisor, SWAT Assistant Commander, and detective. In addition to his policing experiences, Eric has offered close protection services and sensitive site security to nationally known clients. As an instructor, Eric specialized in officer survival, defensive tactics, firearms, de-escalation, small team tactics, virtual-reality simulator and scenario-based training. Dividing Line Solutions is proud to present Eric, owner of EA3 LLC as one of our affiliate instructors.
Pete Jones
Pete Jones enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2004 deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan as an infantry rifleman before returning stateside and beginning his career as a professional instructor. Pete graduated from the Law Enforcement Training Institute and served as a police officer beginning in 2010. Throughout his career as an instructor, Pete has trained thousands of individuals, ranging from first-time to well-seasoned shooters. Pete brings excellent energy, positivity, and of course comedy into his teaching roles. If you've attended a class with Pete in person, you know his classroom-presence and charisma is second-to-none.
